What we keep, and why.

Enquiries

When you send the Contact form we store what you wrote — your name, email, organisation, the services you picked and your message — so we can reply and work out a quote. Our team may add internal notes about the conversation.

PHENOM conversations

Conversations with PHENOM may be stored so we can understand your project and improve the assistant. We keep the messages you send and PHENOM's visible replies, linked to a random anonymous ID created in your browser tab. It isn't based on your IP address, email or device. If you then send the Contact form from a PHENOM brief, the conversation is linked to your enquiry.

Anonymous usage counts

To see which parts of the site are useful, we count a few actions — for example opening a solution page, choosing a pathway, opening PHENOM or sending an enquiry. Each count stores only the action, a short label and the page address. No cookies, IP address, device details or visitor ID are stored, so counts can't be linked to you.

What we don't do

No advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no selling data. Your sound preference is saved in your own browser only.

Who processes it

The site runs on Cloudflare. Enquiries and conversations are stored in our database provider (Supabase). PHENOM's answers are generated by Groq, which receives the messages of the current conversation. If enabled, new-enquiry alerts reach our team through Telegram or email with a short summary.

Removal

Want your enquiry or conversation removed? Ask through the Contact form and we'll delete it.
