What people ask first.
Straight answers from the studio. If yours isn't here, PHENOM can take it.
Tell us what you're trying to achieve. We'll help work out which services, if any, make sense for the project. PHENOM can help you think it through first.
Five stages: Discovery (goals, audience and priorities), Scope (a defined scope and project plan), Build (working deliverables with progress you can review), Review (quality checks and agreed refinements), then Launch & Handover (the release, access to the agreed assets, and what comes next).
What you're trying to achieve, who it's for, anything that already exists, and any constraints: deadline, tools you rely on, where things stand today. A rough version is fine; Discovery exists to sharpen it.
Use the Contact page. A quick enquiry takes a minute if you already know what you need; the guided brief takes five short steps if you'd like help shaping the scope. Either way you review it before it's sent, and we reply by email.
Yes. We can review what you already have and discuss whether improving it or building something new is the better route.
